Yeu Jan Bin our Sous Chef has adapted to French Cooking like a duck to water and would not be out of place in any kitchen in the U.K. Yeu Jan Bin has worked at the inn for the past two years, having had stints at venues in Germany and Manchester.
David Crawford our Junior Sous Chef has put in a great deal of effort and hard work into perfecting the food produced. Before joining the team David worked at various locations within Edinburgh, Perthshire and the Highlands.
Without the help and dedication in the kitchen a high standard of quality food would be impossible.
